Rules and Regulations
ATVs
The following rules and regulations apply to the operation of ATVs within White Bluff:
ATVs must be registered with the Motor Vehicle Division at the Texas Department of Transportation. The registration decal must be placed on the handlebars of the ATV.
ATVs may not be ridden on other property owner's lots, cart paths, golf courses, parks, bar ditches or the Marina grassy area.
Only street legal ATVs, properly registered and licensed (lights, horn, and safety inspections), may be operated on White Bluff roads.
If an ATV is not street legal, it may be operated only on owner’s lot and the pit area in the wilderness camping region southeast of the Marina Market.
When riding on White Bluff property, ATV operators must wear a helmet, have head lights and tail lights on after dark, have a good brake system and muffler system, not carry passengers, and not exceed speed limits.
ATVs cannot be operated carelessly or recklessly.
White Bluff Security shall issue a citation and fines for violation of these rules and regulations.
