Rules and Regulations
Lakes and Ponds
The following rules and regulations apply to all ponds and lakes on the White Bluff Development, including North Lake and South Lake.
Fishing will be limited to "catch and release" provisions. Any fish caught shall be returned to the lake as soon as it is removed from the fishing equipment.
There shall be no "throw line" or "trot lines" placed in any lake or pond.
No swimming is allowed.
Payment of property owner dues must be current. Property owners who are not current may not use the amenities.
These facilities are to be used only by property owners and their guests. Contractors, vendors, and employees are not permitted to use these amenities and will be required to leave.
North and South Lakes only
Boats shall be limited to "JON" boat types, canoes and paddle boats.
Gasoline engines are strictly prohibited.
There are no provisions for a boat launching ramp at either Lake. Launching of a trailer boat is prohibited; however, a boat may be launched by hand from a trailer.
Small electric "trolling" motors are permissible.
