Property Owners Standing Committees
General Maintenance
This committee consists of three sub-committees, detailed below.
Each sub-committee will report to the central committee which will agree upon which
proposed actions will be submitted to the Advisory Committee. This committee consists of
property owners and the General Maintenance Manager. They meet the second Tuesday of
each month at 4 pm at the Administration Building.
The Road Maintenance Sub-committee surveys the 60-plus miles of roadway in White Bluff
and works to provide adequate resources for long-term improvements, emergency repairs
and improved roadway safety.
The General Facility & Grounds Maintenance Sub-committee inspects current maintenance
conditions, suggests major improvements, and seeks rapid implementation of approved
projects.
The Utilities Sub-committee is involved in obtaining the best price for the best performance
of the utilities provided in White Bluff and monitors their performance. They solicit suggestions
from the residents for improvements.
Current property owner representatives for this committee are Brett Schiftner and Milt
Bergman.
