White Bluff Amenities
Rustic Drive Pool & Pavilion
White Bluff Resort offers the Rustic Pool and Pavilion for private parties, family reunions, group
gatherings, and special occasions. The pool and pavilion are located just off Stonewood Drive
on Rustic Drive, with 28 paved parking spaces for you and your guests.
This area offers a fenced enclosed pool, restrooms with showers
and changing areas. This area also has a covered pavilion with tables and seating for up to
50 people. A charcoal barbecue grill is located next to the pavilion. Also located on the
grounds are two horseshoe pits, and upon request a portable volleyball net can be set up.
Reservations
The Rustic Pool, Pavilion and its amenities can be rented by property owners, by the day, from
10 am to 10 pm for $375.00.
If a full day is not needed you may rent these facilitates by the half day. Times for half a day
are 10 am to 4 pm, or 4 pm to 10 pm. A half a day is $200.00.
The Rustic Pool, Pavilion, and amenities can be reserved up to six months in advance of
desired date. The full rental fee is due at the time the reservation is made to reserve your
date and time. Payment of all property owner dues must be current.
You may pay by check, payable to WB POA. We regret that no credit cards are accepted.
It should be noted that the rental fee is non-refundable, unless the reservation is cancelled 7
days or more in advance of your reservation date.
Rules and Regulations
The following rules and regulations must be observed and followed when using these facilities:
No overnight stays are permitted at pool, pavilion, or surrounding grounds.
The property owner is responsible for any damages to facilities or furnishings.
The property owner is responsible for the actions of his/her guests.
Your guests may not use any other White Bluff amenities.
You must provide a guest list to Security three days prior to your reservation date.
No signs, decorations, balloons, streamers, etc. are permitted to be posted on White Bluff Drive.
The parking lot cannot be blocked off to through traffic.
You are responsible for cleaning the area of all trash before leaving; trash cans are provided.
