Information for use of Marina is as follows:
- Access to gated docks restricted to slip lessees and their guests only.
- No trespassing on gated docks.
- Music, loud noise, etc. to cease at 10:00PM.
- Pets to be on a leash at all times.
- No swimming is allowed in or around the Marina area, including from docks.
- No fishing from docks.
- All boats must be current with Texas Park and Wildlife boating license and regulations.
- An adult must accompany all children under the age of 14.
- No children under the age of 16 should drive boats or jet skis in the marina area.
- No wake in Marina area.
- Camping is not permitted in boats at the Marina.
- No “For Sale” signs are to be posted on or around any boats at the Marina.
- Courtesy dock slips are on a “first come” basis. Boats may not be moored longer than 48 hours.
- Boats moored longer than 48 hours may be towed to a storage areas and the registered owner will be charged $25.00 per day plus any other charges incurred in removal of watercraft from Marina.
- Persons using the marina area or any dock shall be responsible for any damage.
